Toll-exemption program for electric vehicles – extended until April 1st, 2027

Authorized Vehicles

To be eligible for this Government of Quebec program, your vehicle must fall within one of the three following categories:

• Fully electric vehicles equipped with an electric motor and a battery that can be recharged on the Electric Circuit;
• Electric vehicles with extended range equipped with an electric motor, a battery that can be recharged on the Electric Circuit and a gas generator to produce electricity; 
• Hybrid vehicles that can be recharged on the Electric Circuit and are equipped with an electric and a gas-powered motor that work in combination according to the vehicle’s speed and rate of acceleration.

How do I enroll my vehicle to the program?

In order for us to validate the eligibility of your vehicle, submit the form below. A copy of your registration papers and a photo of your license plate will be requested. Make sure your files are readable and your document is signed.

An acknowledgement of receipt will be returned to you specifying a number for future reference. Afterwards, a customer service agent will contact you to inform you of the steps to follow to finalize your registration.
