Why are invoices sent to me even though I have a customer account?

When a customer account is not in good standing anymore, crossings made by any of the vehicles assigned to the account will be invoiced. These transactions are processed outside the customer account, based on rates applicable to crossings without an account. Refer to the Rate Schedule for details.

It is important that your account be brought back in good standing in order to benefit from the most favourable rates.
