What do I do with my transponder in the event of a broken windshield?

You will need a new transponder. To obtain a replacement transponder, submit a request to the A25 Customer Service either by mail or by telephone. Your replacement transponder will be mailed within a short delay. To avoid shipping delays, you may come directly to the Customer Service Centre to obtain a replacement transponder.

Refer to the Rate Schedule for the price of a replacement transponder.

It is important that you do not handle a transponder already installed on a windshield.
