What are the peak and off-peak hours used in determining toll rates? Do rates then apply to both southbound and northbound traffic?

Morning peak hours are 6:01 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., Monday to Friday; afternoon peak hours are 3:01 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Morning off-peak hours are 3:01 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday; afternoon peak hours are 6:01 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Monday to Friday.

Off-peak rates are used on holidays.

Tolling applies to both directions.
