Once a customer account is opened, what are the account holder’s obligations?
The customer account holder must manage his/her customer account on a regular basis in order to continue benefitting from the advantages of an account in good standing.
Information must be updated in terms of:
- the vehicle(s);
- contact information; and
- relevant information for account replenishment.
The account balance must be sufficient at all times to cover toll costs, administration fees and associated charges. Refer to the Terms and Conditions of Use for details.
The customer account holder must be the owner of all vehicles assigned to the account. Otherwise, the account holder must ensure that he/she completes and signs the Consent Form, which must also be completed and signed by the vehicle owner. The completed form must be reviewed and approved by A25 before the vehicle is assigned to the customer account.
