If I close my account, will I be reimbursed for the balance on my account?

Yes – the money deposited into your account belongs to you. If your customer account is closed, you will be reimbursed for any positive balance, subject to outstanding payments. Refer to the Terms and Conditions of Use for delay periods and other conditions. However, note that any amount credited to your account as part of a promotional offer will not be reimbursed.
