I haven’t received my transponder. Can I use the A25 Bridge, and what must I do?

The holder of a customer account may use the A25 Bridge, and have crossings billed to his/her account, immediately after opening the customer account. Seven days are allocated for mailing and receiving the transponder if sent by mail.

At the end of this period, ensure that the transponder is correctly installed on the windshield of the vehicle assigned to the customer account; for any crossing not captured by means of the transponder, toll and administration fees will be billed to the customer account. The crossing will be billed on the basis of licence plate imagery.
