I have a customer account in good standing and I am being invoiced for crossings made with a short-term rental vehicle. Why can these crossings not be debited from my customer account balance?

Any vehicle duly assigned to a customer account must be registered in the name of the account holder. This requirement is in compliance with the confidentiality of personal information.

However, for a longer term vehicle lease, the customer account holder may ask for consent from the vehicle owner and submit the duly completed form for review and approval by A25.
