How do I obtain a transponder when I open a customer account?

When you open an account with a transponder and assigning one or several vehicles to the account, a transponder is issued. When you open a customer account using the online self-service or by mail, the transponder will be mailed within a delay of 7 days.

When you open a customer account at the A25 Customer Service Centre, the transponder is provided immediately.
