How are toll rates established?
Toll rates, administration fees and other charges are established in accordance with the Partnership Agreement between the Quebec Ministry of Transport and Concession A25, the Act respecting transport infrastructure partnerships and the Règlement concernant les infrastructures routières à péage exploitées en vertu d’une entente de partenariat public-privé.
