Do I have to pay my invoices before opening an account?

All tolls charged in the 48 hours before a vehicle is registered to a customer account will be automatically transferred to your account and paid from the prepaid balance. Outstanding invoices for tolls charged more than 48 hours before this time must be paid before you open an account. Otherwise, an error message will prevent you from completing your registration.
