Can I use the A25 toll bridge if I don’t have an account with a transponder? If so, what are the costs involved?

Crossings by vehicles not equipped with a transponder will be billed on the basis on licence plate imagery. Toll and applicable administration fees will be billed to the person in whose name the vehicle is registered. An invoice will be mailed and 30 (thirty) days allowed for payment.
