Can a customer account be temporarily suspended?

A customer account holder can temporarily suspend his/her account for a short period. Requests for suspending a customer account must be submitted to Customer Service. Your account will be reactivated at the first crossing of a vehicle assigned to the customer account OR on the specified date, whichever occurs first.
